Facilities at Weedon Village Hall

We have a choice of facilities suitable for a wide range of leisure and community activities.

There is a flexible pricing scheme in place for all our customers both Residents and Non-Residents. Online booking requests will receive a quotation via email or you can call us to discuss your needs. Registered users have access to all their booking information and can easily make repeat bookings and manage their account.

The Village Hall holds a Premises License. If your event requires a bar, please enquire as the Village Hall Management Committee are able to operate a bar for you.

There is plenty of car parking on site including disabled spaces and ramp access.

Main Hall

Capacity: 125 people
Pricing: £10.50-£16.00 per hour

Main Hall - including stage area, kitchen area and toilet facilities. There is also a bar area but this is not a stocked bar. The Hall is suitable for a variety of uses and is an especially lovely space for a function; a wedding reception, a special birthday or perhaps a Village occasion such as the Village Show. Also a popular venue for Dog Shows. For a function the hall can hold up to approximately 125 people. There is also a disabled access door and ramp. Tables and Chairs are available.

Capacity: 30 people
Pricing: £7.00-£11.00 per hour

Annexe - suitable for meetings - up to approximately 30 people or small groups or organisations that require a quiet and light space to gather with easy access to a toilet for annexe users. The Annex is fitted out with a computer local network and a wall mounted screen. Ideal for tutoring and visual instruction. There is a small kitchen area adjacent the annexe room which can be available at an advised rate.

Whole building will include both Main Hall and Annexe for your own use for the hire period. Main Hall - for up to 125 people. Hire of hall can also include kitchen, bar and stage if required. Disabled toilet facilities, wide access electric door and ramp also in place. Annexe - suitable for meetings for up to approximately 30 people or small groups or organisations that require a quiet and light space to gather.
